N.P.S. has the experience and know how to identify and implement a common sense approach to building preventive maintenance and handyman services for multiple site locations to include providing staff, schedules, on hand material inventory , (such as common light bulbs and ballasts) , frequency of visits , along with an inspection report of each site visited.
During a typical visit, our handyman would contact the person in charge to see if there were any special requests, tour the building, address and lighting issues , check condition of washrooms break rooms ,and storage areas, check time clocks, adjust as needed, check H.V.A.C. temp. settings ,note any unusual conditions , parking lot conditions ,notify the proper resource if a problem exists and generate a report.
This is just 1 scenario of a tailor made program that can be modified to suite the clients wants and needs for any given commercial and industrial building.
